Hey guys, Hyd and co. here. The officers and I have come up with some Free Company guidelines we felt are a good idea and will help us keep to our vision of not only what Nexus is, but where it is going. This is a reference for all members to remind us how we can keep a fun a friendly environment, and make sure the we keep moving upwards and onwards!

Firstly, the FC officers are:

If there are ever any issues or concerns, any one of us can address it. Same goes for general comments and suggestions.

<The following are the FC policies and guidelines:>

-Recruitment will only be through current member referral or with officer approval of applicants.

-Each member should be active and show progression in some area- whether it be raiding, crafting, gathering, becoming sexier, etc. We want to see people creating goals and doing what they can to achieve and surpass them.

-Every member is expected to show active FC involvement in things such as daily/weekly dungeons, events, helping members in need, etc.

-After 30 days of inactivity, players will be kicked unless an officer is notified of extenuating circumstances.

-Each member is required to have access to Guildwork (this site), Facebook, OR Groupme for communication purposes, unless being prevented for some reason, which should be communicated to an officer.

- All members should be on point with their glamours. This is not Walmart.

-Free Company chat should be free of conversations involving politics or religion. While we don't discourage either topic, just be mindful to hold that type of conversation in private chat channels.

-Free Company chat should not be used for excessive spam such as repetitious macros, in order to keep it open for people asking for help or discussing relevant information. Feel free to have casual conversation and make jokes (as long as it doesn't interrupt an FC-related or in-game related conversation), but do not take it personally if you are asked to pause or stop because someone else needs to use the chat for a question or for help.

-Groupme chat is more lax, but still monitored to keep things from getting out of hand. Just be mindful and respectful of others when you post. Still no discussion about politics or religion here.

-Player harassment, bad mouthing, arguing, etc. will not be tolerated among FC members. We will call your mother.

- With regard to FC events such as content farming and learning/clear parties, every attempt should be made by all members involved in the event to ensure it is a success. These events are NOT the duty finder or party finder. They should be fun and friendly. Do not troll or engage in behavior that impedes the results of the event.

-Company credit access is provided to most players for purchasing company actions and airship fuel. No unauthorized purchases for things such as housing items.

-All items deposited into the FC Chest are available for any member's personal use. Taking items deposited in our FC chest (such as materia or crafted gear/tools meant for leveling members) and selling them for Gil is not allowed. Make a living.

-Rank is determined by length of time the Free Company, level of activity, ability to be sexy, and level of involvement with the FC- such as helping other members and participation in FC activities.

-A Free Company meeting will be scheduled once every 2 months. Attendance is required, unless extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending, which should be informed to an officer. The Calendar on Guildwork, Facebook, and Groupme will be updated with meeting dates and times.

<At the end of the day, we like to play the game to have fun, and these guidelines are good ways to make sure no one gets screwed over. Please keep these in mind while you are part of the Nexus family, or you will be deemed not awesome, and will be shown the door.>

In short, be the best you can be, every chance you get. We want you to feel proud to wear that <neXus> tag! Help each other, grow with each other, make memories with each other, and most importantly have fun with each other. We are a premier Free Company, and let's do what we can to make sure there's no doubt in anyone's mind- Nexus of Divinity is a great place to be!
